Four Seasons Miami Pool Takeover
A hotel partnership built to last a season, not a night
PatBO transformed the rooftop pool of the Four Seasons Hotel Miami with a custom print across the entire property: cabanas, loungers, cushions, umbrellas and towels. Rather than a one-night event, the partnership was structured as a season-long brand presence through the 2025–26 Miami high season, then extended into 2026.
The takeover put the brand where its client already spends her winter, and gave PatBO a retail, content and VIP platform for the whole season.
Presence over spectacle
One-off events buy a night of attention. The objective here was durable brand presence in Miami, PatBO's most important US market outside New York, with retail, hospitality and VIP experience woven into a single partnership a luxury hotel would co-invest in.
One print, every surface, all season
- Custom PatBO print applied across the pool property, from cabanas to towels
- Influencer and VIP stays programmed through the season
- Cabana experiences with in-suite styling and shopping
- Brazilian-inspired food and drink, and a poolside gelato cart
- Product and retail integration on property
- Tentpole moments layered on top, including a Miami Open takeover day
Strategy through execution
Led for PatBO from partnership structure through season-long execution: the property agreement, the activation calendar, guest and talent programming, and the retail and content integrations that kept the brand working all season.

A tentpole inside the takeover
On March 20, 2026, the partnership hosted poolside cocktails with founder Patricia Bonaldi, followed by private transport to the Miami Open and matches watched from a private suite. The day turned a hotel activation into a cultural moment with talent, content and press attached.
